Do you offer CNC machining and turning?
Yes, we offer both and also have 4th-axis machining capability on our CNC mills.
What type of welding do you offer?
We offer MIG, TIG and Stick welding. We can weld mild steel, cast iron, aluminium and stainless steel. Our team also works on site at your facility.
Can you do production runs on your CNC lathes?
Yes we can. We batch-build components for various clients. This is something we would gladly discuss with you to see if we can meet your requirements.
Do you offer reverse engineering of parts?
This is something we pride ourselves on. We have built a reputation for being able to take damaged items with no manufacturing drawings and make new components. We also offer 3D scanning of parts through one of our partners.
Do you require drawings to manufacture my parts?
Ideally yes, but our in-house design and drafting team can sort that out should you not have any.
Do you offer a machine overhauling service?
We can take your old, well-used machine and make it like new, from simple conveyor systems to complex FMCG machines. We can help extend the lifespan of your equipment.
